Concept : The goal of this teambuilding which aim to instill the importance of teamwork and communication toward success.

Timeframe : Half day at Kanchanaburi city

Meeting point : In front of R.S.P Jumbo office (Behind War Cemetery)

Briefing Start self introduction about the team-building activities that participants have to join. Then the whole team will be divided into 4 teams . Each team will assign a team member they think would be the best team leaders, with Motto of their team.

Brainstorm Time to explain how to run the team building games and give for game equipments (Map, Pocket money 500 Baht, RC) and every group have to decoration bicycle before team building run.

Team building Station : We set up 6 stations. All teams must be made for all stations within a given time. Group member brainstormed to plan pocket money and time in the missions assigned as below:

 War Cemetery Station find out RC inside War Cemetery & find for history answer.

 Pak Praek Walking Street Station Find the house as order and take a photo with house owner and buy special souvenir from Pak Praek.

 City Gate Station – Photo funny

 Local Restaurant Station - Test Thai noodle soup all as order number.

 Bridge over the River Kwai Station - Dancing & find the answer questions

 Vietnamese Temple Station where every teams must come to meet together.

 

Competition 4 activities with twin teams competition each game activity.

Last activity:
 After made for all stations team leader have to present special souvenir from Pak Praek why are special.
 Return the equipment to our staff (we will check how much you spend pocket money

Debriefing & reflection (20 minutes approx.)
Team members reflect what they have learnt from the activities Speak out what they think, how they feel about them and how they can relate what they have learnt to their work place or their personal development.
