Location:
Rice paddy field at Nong Khao village, 12 kms from Kanchanaburi town. Located in a nice setting amidst the rice paddy field, the lunch place in the palm patches is hidden from the road and sights of passers-by.

Noon:
Arrive the farming village of Nong Khao. Continue by local transport truck (etaen) to the palm orchard in the rice paddy field.

Enjoy Thai buffet lunch served fresh with a tropical spell of rice farms with patches of fan palm trees over the horizon. After lunch, shopping of hand-woven clothes, bamboo handicrafts and palm or sticky-rice toddy can be a simple way of supporting the local community.
