(1) Tour & Price Policy

1.1 All tours and tour related services are designed and open to tourists of all nationalities, regardless of race, religion/belief and sex.

1.2 Due to practical reasons and factors beyond our control that may occur at anytime, some flexibilities concerning the operation of tour packages and services are allowed, where and when appropriate. This is to ease the operation considering practical factors and for the client’s sake.

1.3 Client are responsible for any additional expenses which are not included in the tours and services as clearly mentioned in the document provided.

1.4 Children less than 10 years old will be charged 75% of the adult price.

1.5 If the tours and services can not be provided or cancelled by JUMBO TRAVEL when necessary, the money paid will be refunded.

 

(2) Booking confirmation/Deposit Requirements

Tour booking is acknowledged and confirmed only when the deposit arrangement (30 % of the total price) is completely done at least 15 days prior to a trip. It should be noted here that the client is responsible for the arrangement fee. The rest can be paid directly to Jumbo Travel office upon the client’s arrival.

 

(3) Terms of Payment:

Please arrange the payment by cash only through the bank account address as given below:

For our acknowledgement, the client is required to send us a bank slip proving the advance payment, either through fax number: +66 34 514771 or e-mail: reservations@jumboriverkwai.com

 

(4) Cancellation/No show charges

4.1 If cancellation is done within more than 15 days, the client will not be charge for cancellation fee.
4.2 If cancellation is done within less than 15 days, 50 % of the total deposit will be charged for the cancellation fee.
4.3 If cancellation is done within less than 7 days, 100 % of the total deposit will be charged for the cancellation fee.
